SideBern’s award-winning wine list has consecutively garnered Wine Spectator’s Award of Excellence for five years. Guided by the modern, Mediterranean cuisine, the list focuses on wines that offer old world traditions and new world innovation.
Wine Director Kevin Pelley searches the world for wines from single vineyard sites that illustrate the terroir of the region and the best qualities of the grapes. He also seeks wineries that use organic, biodynamic, and sustainable agriculture techniques in the vineyard. Selections include top international producers from the United States, France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Germany, Chile, Argentina, South Africa, Australia, and New Zealand.
SideBern’s wines are stored at 58°F in a humidity controlled cellar and are served in Schott Zwiesel crystal.
SideBern’s spirits list offers an eclectic selection of Vodkas and Gins from the well known to small craft distillers, as well as a full range of Scotches, Bourbons, Cognacs and Cordials from the world’s best distillers, including rarities from Bern’s Steak House’s original collection.
