At SideBern’s our wine program focuses on wines that beautifully marry and complement our contemporary, global cuisine. The program has great breadth, including wines from the United States, Canada, France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Germany, Austria, Greece, Hungary, Chile, Argentina, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand and Japan.

Our Wine Director, Kevin Pelley, searches for wines from single vineyard sites that illustrate the terroir of the region from where it is grown. He also seeks wineries that use organic, biodynamic, and sustainable agriculture techniques in the vineyard.

Throughout 2007, several vertical offerings and expanded depth of vintages were added including five vintages of Chateau Montelena's Estate Cabernet Sauvignon and Peter Michael's Les Pavots.

SideBern's wine are stored in a 58°F, humidity controlled cellar and are served in Schott Zwiesel glassware.
