Chef Chad and his team decided to capitalize on the abundance of unique and delicious vegetables by writing an entire vegetarian menu.  This menu is similar to SideBern's regular dinner menu; it progresses from milder to stronger flavors.    Enjoy refreshing first courses such as a salad of "Compressed Watermelon with black radish, feta cheese, and gazpacho vinaigrette"  or savor bolder entrees like "Grilled Artichokes with heirloom tomatoes, 'ratatouille' garnish, pickled ramps, and fennel jus".
